Please, do not confront me with my failures, I had not forgotton them...
So okay. It's been like ten million years since I blogged. It's gotton to that point where so much has happened that I'm wondering if i should just act the cat, and pretend like nothing's happened at all.... or perhaps not... where to begin!??
So worked sucked.... my precious job that ruled and had cool people who worked there became this horride cement yoke around my neck with rustly rebar spikes poking into my flesh, and also my boss yelled at me a lot for doing EXACTLY what she told me to do.... SO! Was looking very muchly forward to the road trip to Vancouver to visit big brother and Future Mrs. R. (YAY! it's officially official with a ring and everything! eeeeeeeeeeee!) It was a crazy week, and the day before we left, I decided to leave my crappy job by dropping off my keys with a note that basically said "i'm never coming back. you owwe me money, send it in the post." Score me! it felt so bloody liberating!
Driving to Van with Mr. Brown was awesome! we had top leave 5 times, as I forgot a whole bunch of stuff, and walked in and out of my house for like 45 mins, but whatever! We stopped at the Enchanted Forest! SO GOOD! and also played crazy car games where we made fun of other drivers. and we saw FMR and Big Brother! squeeeee! I miss you guys! I appologize for the week of craziness that decended upon your tranquil existence.
Did some important stuff- like check out UBC and SFU campuses to see if they are good enough to handle the mayhem known as Teens' MFA 2007! Now on tour with Gwar and Buckets of Blood! but more importantly, we shopped! It was exciting, as I haven't spent a penny all summer long! really, it's true! I swear! And for the first time in my life, I have a choice of shoes to wear!
And also it was Uley's b-day, and we got to check out her mega sweet flat in West Van! and also got to see J and L! and they gave me a new pickle puppet (this one's pickle Kato, he lives in the garage)
And then Mr. Brown and I went to Seattle! i love seattle! thankfully, the FBI was off the ball, and we made it back to Canada just in time!
And then we came home, and then I worked in my studio and actually painted! for really real! and then I got a job at Music World with a bunch of toast people (that is, people with the personality of lightly toasted white bread....) and i'm excited about that, and all is well again in the world.

It's 'bout bloody time you wrote a new blog! Oh wait, I haven't written in ages. Ooops. Miss you already. Survivor just isn't the same without the two of you. Have fun at music world. Things will work out, I'm sure.
